Here’s a bit more on that news that Surrey County Council is planning to sell-off the Cedar Road site right behind the High Street in exchange for a developer pitching in with a new library.
The old Cedar Road library and adult education site is up for sale to a big bucks developer who is being asked to throw some cash towards a brand spanking new library and a “youth/community” centre.
